Waterfront




The Swim Beach
The swim beach is a great place to spend the day with your family and friends
 
Picnic areas with benches and barbeques are available for use.
 
Members and their guest enjoy the designated, roped off swimming area, beach and grassy area.
 
The swim beach does not have a lifeguard
  
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the swim/picnic areas. There is a dog walking area beyond the swim beach area Or enjoy the Skinny-dip cove with your pets
 
Parking
There are multiple parking areas at the waterfront, including handicapped parking spots
 
No overnight parking is allowed
 
A shuttle bus may be available on holidays and our busier weekends, which can alleviate parking issues.
 
 
Have Fun – Be Safe
The waterfront is here for everyone to enjoy. The Waterfront Committee and other volunteers are available to assist with any information you need, questions you may have, and for any emergencies that may arise.
  
 
Boating
  
The boat ramp is for registered LMCH member and guest boats only. 
 
The ramp docks have limited boat parking available and are for loading and unloading only.   
 
There is limited boat storage near the waterfront and canoe storage at the ramp is available.  They can be reserved at the office.
 
All Boating rules must be adhered to while in Campers hideaway.  Be aware of the guidelines provided on the following website: www.boat.wa.gov/safety-ed.asp
 
 
Rental Docks
Slip rental for members is available through the on-line website that can be accessed when a member is logged on
or at the LMCH Office. Tags must be picked up at the office.
 
Be sure to secure your watercraft sufficiently in the slip to ensure it and other craft and boaters are safe
 
Docks are slippery when wet. No running on the docks
 
Boating Requirements
·         Boat Registration
·         Boater education card (age dependent)
·         USCG approved Personal floatation device for each person on board
·         Fire Extinguisher (if you have an in-board engine)
·         Navigation lights between sunset and sunrise
          Horn, whistle or bell
